What it does

DBS records on every member's profile with automatic 30 / 14 / 7-day expiry reminders by email and push, a coordinator inbox bucketed by urgency, and a one-click umbrella-body portal link (thirtyone:eight, CCPAS, DDC, uCheck). Mark a renewal as filed and the system pauses reminders until the new certificate lands.

Group leaders see their team's DBS state (current / expiring / expired / renewing) at a glance, not raw dates or certificate numbers, just enough to nudge a volunteer before it lapses.
