What does Gift Aid look like in practice?
Members tick one box. We track declarations, build HMRC-ready Gift Aid + GASDS claim schedules, and you submit them in one click from Settings → Giving.
Do you take a cut of donations?
Zero. Giving is processed through your church's own Stripe account. The only deduction is Stripe's standard UK card fee (around 1.5% + 25p). ChurchLinker's application fee is 0%.
Can we migrate from ChurchSuite, Breeze, Planning Center or Elvanto?
Yes. Settings → Import People auto-maps columns from each system's CSV export, runs a dry-run preview that flags bad rows before commit, and skips anyone already in your directory.
Where's our data stored?
UK / EU. Limelai Limited is the UK-registered data controller. Sensitive free text is encrypted at rest with a per-church key.
