What it does

Start from a curated library of seeded templates: Safeguarding, GDPR, Health & Safety, Volunteer Code of Conduct, Complaints, Pastoral Care, Marriage and an AI Use Policy your church can adapt and adopt. Your church name is substituted on copy; edit in rich text, attach a signed PDF if you have one.

Publishing snapshots a new version with a full audit trail of who published when. Members read on /member/policies and tap "I've read this". Re-publishing forces re-acknowledgement, so the safeguarding lead can prove the congregation has read the current text.
