What are your support hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. We check emails over the weekend for urgent issues and aim to respond first thing Monday for anything non-urgent.
Do you offer a free setup call?
Yes. Grow plan and above includes a free 30-minute onboarding call. Kingdom plan includes a 1-hour personalised setup session. Just drop us an email and we'll arrange a time.
Can I get a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. Email legal@churchlinker.com with your church name and registered charity number (if applicable). We'll send a signed DPA within one business day.
I'm locked out of my account. What do I do?
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page. If that doesn't work, email support@churchlinker.com and we'll help you regain access securely.
