What it does
Hybrid church is here to stay. The weekly prayer meeting is on Zoom. So is small group, the leaders' meeting and the choir's Tuesday rehearsal. The link sits in someone's email, members forget where it is, and you're back to resending it.
Pin each meeting once. Then choose who can see it. Either every member of the church, or only members of a specific group. The choir's rehearsal Zoom shows on choir members' home only. The leaders' Zoom only shows on leaders' home. One tap from the home opens Zoom itself, with the meeting ID and passcode right there for anyone who needs to dial in.
Works with any join URL (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Whereby). Past one-off meetings auto-hide 30 minutes after they start, so the list never goes stale.
