What it does
Two hours before your service, every member's home transforms. The countdown jumps to the top. The giving button sits right there. The livestream link is one tap away. The header pulses gently so opening the app feels different to any other day of the week.
A member running late opens the app on the bus and sees "Service in progress, join livestream" instead of digging through a menu. A first-timer arriving early can scan the welcome QR. A regular member sits down in the pew and pulls up the sermon notes from last week before this week's preaching starts.
It reverts automatically once your service ends. Your members get the right home for the right moment, and nobody had to remember to flip a switch.
