What it does
Volunteers see their upcoming slots, confirm availability, mark block-out dates, swap shifts and subscribe their phone calendar to their slots. Coordinators get a drag-drop grid view, six starter templates, three reminder presets, an optional AI rota builder, a fairness panel, and soft conflict warnings when someone's double-booked, on a block-out or has an open swap request. No individual chasing required.
Rotas live inside their group. Leaders, co-leaders and admins manage the rota for their own team from the same Member app surface members use, no separate dashboard required. Per-group role catalogues kill the typo soup ("Worship leader" vs "worship-lead") that used to break auto-scheduling, and every member gets a unified group-rota inbox showing every upcoming slot across every rota they're on.
